Your data, plainly
Privacy Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to get rid of it. It is short on purpose.
01What we collect
If you buy: your email address, the product you bought, the amount, and a Stripe order reference. That's what's needed to deliver the book and handle a refund.
If you use the contact form: your name, email, and whatever you write in the message.
If you just browse: basic visit data such as pages viewed, rough location by region, and device type. No profile of you is built.
02Card details
We never see, collect, or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure checkout page, under their privacy policy.
03Why we use it
To deliver what you paid for, to send the receipt and access link, to answer your messages, to handle refunds and payment problems, and to see which pages people actually find useful.
We don't sell your data, and we don't rent your email to anyone.
04Who else sees it
Only the service providers that make the site work: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider for storing orders, and an email service for sending your receipt and access link. They process data on our instructions.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site from fraud and abuse.
05Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep pages working and to count visits. They are not used to follow you around other websites.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Checkout still works if you do.
06How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your access and to meet tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are kept until your question is resolved, then cleared out periodically.
07Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we'll act on it.
You can also ask to stop receiving any email from us that isn't strictly about an order you placed.
Deleting order data may end access to the book, since the order is what proves the purchase.
08Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to what's needed to run the site and support you.
No system is perfectly secure, so keep your access link private.
09Children
This product is written for adults running a business. It's not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
