Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the day your payment clears to request a refund. Every tier is covered.

You don't have to explain why. Reading the whole thing and deciding it wasn't for you still counts.

Use the contact page. Include the email address you paid with, or your order reference if you have it.

One message is enough. We'll confirm we've received it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

We don't charge a restocking fee and we don't keep a cut.

After 14 days, sales are final. That said, if something is broken, you lost your access link, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll fix it.

Where local consumer law gives you a longer right to cancel, that right always wins over this policy.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, message us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and a dispute freezes access while it's open.

When a refund is processed, access to the book and its bonuses ends. You may keep any copies you already printed for your own use.
