You're buying a digital product: a written playbook, plus any bonus materials listed on the tier you picked. It is delivered online right after payment. Nothing physical ships.

Everything is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no charge later. Prices are in US dollars.

You get a personal, non-transferable license to read the book and use the ideas in your own business. You can read it on any device you own and print one copy for yourself.

You may not resell it, share your access link, republish it, upload it anywhere public, or use it to build a competing product. That's the whole restriction.

The book teaches marketing and sales methods. It does not promise you will make money, get customers, or hit any specific result.

Anything on this site describing future outcomes is an example or an illustration of the method, not a prediction. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your product, and factors outside anyone's control.

The content is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation.

You are responsible for how you apply the material and for keeping your own marketing and business practices compliant with the law where you operate.

Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank and we'll sort it out.

The refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: 14 days, no questions asked.

Your access link is personal. Don't post it publicly or send it to a group. Access can be removed if a link is being shared widely.

Don't attempt to break, overload, copy, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its payment system.

The book, the site, the copy, and the design belong to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Buying a copy gives you the license described above. It does not transfer ownership of the work itself.

We may update the book, fix errors, or add material at no extra cost to you. We may retire an edition, but we won't take away access to what you paid for.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you buy.

The book is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of it.

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
